OCCU is expanding its team and seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our new Bend location. This on-site role offers a competitive starting pay range of $33.50 to $37.50 per hour, along with incentive opportunities. Additionally, employees who successfully complete a standardized Spanish language proficiency assessment are eligible for an extra $2 per hour bilingual premium.
As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in delivering outstanding member experiences through staff coaching and mentorship to uphold excellent service standards. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to foster effective teamwork, develop highly skilled employees, ensure optimal communication, and achieve team member, branch, and Credit Union objectives successfully.
This role requires two years of related experience in finance with at least one year of supervisory or manager level experience, and a two-year college degree or trade school course. Previous experience as a Senior Enrichment Advisor or Senior Banker is also required. Maintaining NMLS licensing and updates, including personal information changes, annual reviews, and staying informed on products, procedures, and relevant changes is required.
