Branch Lead in Keizer

Department: Keizer Branch
Location: Keizer, OR

Starting pay range: $25.50 - $30.10 per hour.

Location: Keizer, OR - On-site work environment.

As a Branch Lead or otherwise known internally as an Enrichment Lead, you will assist the Branch Manager/Regional Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in ensuring exceptional member experiences by helping to coach and mentor
staff to provide excellent service. They support the branch with the ability to serve in all
functions and have dual ownership with the Assistant Branch Manager in operational responsibility and in the growth and development of the team.

  • Assist branch management in developing, coaching and assessing branch team members which results in a high functioning and effective organization that results in a competitive advantage of providing best in class member service.
  • Support branch leaders to help maintain a cohesive, highly trained and motivated team who effectively meet daily department demand and long-term organizational goals.
  • Support branch objectives and organizational goals shared by branch management through consistent communication to team and support in ensuring understanding.
  • Consistently monitor communication channels and ensure that priority messages are being shared with teams.
  • Support constant improvement in both Employee Engagement Scores and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Lead team members through change management effectively when required.
  • Work collaboratively with other areas with a focus on positive outcomes and meeting goals and set other agendas aside.
  • Play a positive role in the development and growth of team members through excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong delegation skills
  • Support the monitoring of branch activities to ensure they follow established policies and procedures.
  • Along with Assistant Branch Manager, ensure all branch audits are completed as designated by OCCU.
  • Along with Assistant Branch Manager, coordinate the employee schedule to ensure the branch maintains an adequate level of staffing.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for staff. Assist members with complex transactions, including but not limited to, financial transactions, opening consumer and business accounts and lending functions.
  • Must follow all BSA regulations, including completing CTR reports when applicable, reporting suspicious activity via SAR when applicable and completing annual training.
  • Must maintain licensing and relevant updates with the NMLS Safe Act website including address changes, name changes and other relevant personal information changes required by NMLS. Annually review licensing in the timeline allotted by NMLS.

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum of two years as an Enrichment Advisor or similar role.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements.
