Treasury Management Advisor

Department: Business Services
Location: Eugene, OR

Starting pay range: $81,098.00 - $100,180.08

Location: Eugene, Oregon. This position is hybrid (remote and on-site) in Oregon.

The Treasury Management Advisor works with current and prospective business members to provide consultative advice on working capital and cash flow practices to develop treasury management and deposit business. They manage business relationships to ensure proper servicing of accounts and expanding existing business. They prepare sales presentations, explain services offered, provide product demonstrations, and recommend solutions which would benefit business members.

Every day you will:

  • Consistently demonstrates alignment with OCCU vision and values.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of treasury management products and servicing.
  • Meet with current and prospective members either in-person or virtually to review product offerings with an emphasis on developing new business and expanding existing relationships.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the highest level of professionalism and responsiveness by providing timely and accurate support, resolution and prompt communication on all Treasury Management products and services.
  • Perform evaluations to determine the needs for Treasury Management services.
  • Draft and respond to business requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Assess risks associated with potential treasury management solutions and ensure solutions are in compliance with organizational best practices and all regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team goals by proactively seeking new business opportunities. Meet or
  • Exceed established production targets.
  • Assist with preparing standardized reports for leadership.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to develop and implement treasury management products.
  • Ensure that work and solutions maintain compliance with OCCU and regulatory standards.

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in treasury management or commercial banking.
  • Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with members and internal partners.
  • Established knowledge of financial core and digital systems.
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required and/or demonstrated experience driving measurable business outcomes.

An equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position will be considered in lieu of the outlined requirements.
