Starting pay range: $28.86 - $35.65

Location: Eugene, Oregon. This position is hybrid (remote and on-site) in Oregon.

The Commercial and Business Services Representative is responsible for managing the workflow of approved in-process loans and deposit relationships, commercial services document preparation, loan, deposit, and treasury management boarding and servicing. As an integral part of the Business Services team, this Representative works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and execution of all commercial and business services. They support Business Relationship Managers and the business membership by providing optimal levels of service and product support.

Every day you will:

• Consistently demonstrates alignment with OCCU vision and values.
• Draft a variety of commercial loan documents.
• Perform loan closings and disbursements, including coordination with title company closings when applicable.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for members and the first point of contact for internal stakeholders during the business services implementation process.
• Prepare and process implementation requests for business services products.
• Perform routine follow-up with title companies to ensure final title policies are issued to lender satisfaction.
• Act as the primary person responsible for all commercial loan lien perfection.
• Order due diligence items, review for satisfactory work and communicate outcomes to production staff.
• Process Payments, Payoffs, Construction draws, charge offs, recoveries and non-accruals.
• Perform loan analysis, research and prepare reports.
• Ensure that work and solutions maintain compliance with OCCU and regulatory Standards.

To thrive in this role, you must have:

• Three years of experience in commercial and business banking.
• Established knowledge of financial core and digital systems.
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with real estate taxes and payments.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required and/or demonstrated experience driving measurable business outcomes.

An equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position will be considered in lieu of the outlined requirements.
