The position is based in Eugene, Oregon, and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $25.71 to $29.20 per hour, with an extra $2 per hour for Spanish-speaking personal bankers who pass a test.

Senior personal bankers work Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Friday from 9am to 6:30pm, and up to two Saturdays a month. They guide members, open accounts, process payments, fund loans, and cross-sell OCCU products. They must understand and communicate the benefits of OCCU's services.

Qualifications include three years of banking experience, including opening accounts and loans. Candidates must maintain NMLS Safe Act licensing. They need the education and experience to perform the job's essential functions.
