The position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, with starting pay from $22 - $26 per hour.
Indirect Lending Support Specialists handle tasks such as processing returned titles, returned mail, refund checks, and both physical and electronic titles. They also manage GAP claims for loans with deficiency balances due to total loss circumstances, process loan modifications, and complete relevant transactions in the core operating system. Additionally, these specialists conduct loan research, including locating disbursements that have not been cleared and coordinating with members and other financial institutions. They audit incoming loan documents for quality, accuracy, completeness, and validity, with a focus on fraud prevention and detection, among other responsibilities.
Applicants need at least six months of experience in clerical lending support. Must be skilled in data entry and information compilation using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and internal systems.
