The position is remote in Oregon, Washington or Idaho, with starting pay from $21 - $26 per hour.
The Indirect Loan Processor reviews loan packets to ensure new indirect auto loans are correctly and promptly entered into the loan system. Responsibilities include receiving, logging, and tracking packets in the indirect lending software platform, verifying the validity and completeness of documents and contracts, and auditing for quality and fraud prevention. They must review documentation to clear underwriting conditions, ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met, and maintain departmental spreadsheets for data logging and tracking.
Applicants need at least one year of experience in consumer lending, loan processing, or related fields. They must work well independently and in teams, using discretion for decisions and problem-solving. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and credit union systems is required. Strong communication skills are essential. Typical working hours will include Saturdays and Sundays.
