Individuals in this role must reside in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho. This is a remote position, with work conducted from a home office. A quiet, secure space with minimal noise and a reliable, fast hard-wired internet connection is essential for seamless remote communication and productivity.
Dealer Resolution Specialists typically work 40 hours per week and must be available to work Monday through Sunday from 9am to 7pm, five days per week, as the schedule requires. Occasionally, individuals in this role may need to visit OCCU's headquarters.
The starting pay ranges from $28.51 to $34.80 per hour. Hours worked after 2pm PST on Saturdays and all Sunday hours worked receive a 25% pay differential to the regular rate of pay.
Dealer Resolution Specialists (DRS) support the Indirect Lending Sales staff by delivering exceptional service to dealer partners and members. They build strong relationships by providing exceptional service, resolving issues effectively, and demonstrating sound decision-making. They act as representatives for OCCU, providing support and assistance to dealers when evaluating and responding to dealer exceptions and appeals through phone calls, web messages, and/or email. The DRS role requires in-depth knowledge of the indirect lending process to quickly respond to dealer needs, identify issues, and resolve escalations.
Qualifications for this role include a minimum of three years of experience with auto dealership lending experience, consumer lending or loan processing or equivalent work experience. Candidates must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, using discretion in decision-making and sound judgment in problem-solving. They should demonstrate the ability to use computers for data entry and compiling information, including the use of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and OCCU systems. Exceptional member service skills and professional, courteous communication in a high-pressure environment are essential.
